Worst online delivery experience and Thanks for spoiling my Easter.
my order number is - 250173679, Ordretidspunkt: 07.04.2020 kl. 15.13.
I have received delivery on 08th April but ONE item was missing from my order which cost DKK 219,95.
09th April 2020 I have called customer care number 70 20 06 47 and informed same, Customer care promised me to deliver missing item on next day i. e. 10th April 2020 between 10 to 11 AM CET with some chocolates (hahahah).
I have waited all day and tried to contact customer care but no delivery and no response. STILL I have not received my missing item from my order which cost me DKK 219,95, I have already paid the bill.
It is not nice and you spoiled my Easter holidays.

Sometimes fresh products very close to expiry date. Ex Fiskefars date was only 2 days after I received the order

The delivery guy should leave the parcel in front of the door, knock on the door and back off. He shouldn't knock on the door and give the parcels to my hand.

It would be nice to get the information about the things that will not be delivered sooner. There is not much point in home delivery service otherwise, since one has to leave isolation to go shopping after.
