Very disappointed. I ordered 2 dresses for my holiday, 3 weeks later they email me with ‘ ‘ oh sorry , products are out of stock!!!! Was kinda expecting an instant refund so I can quickly buy my holiday clothes! Still waiting!!!
I recently ordered from Mad Ruffi and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away. The pieces are so flattering and actually look like the photos (which is rare these days!).
The fabric feels beautiful and comfortable, and everything fit really nicely. You can tell they’ve really thought about what women actually want to wear — easy, stylish pieces that make you feel confident.
Customer service was also amazing. I had a question about sizing and they were so kind and helpful, which made the whole experience feel really personal.
I’ve already had so many compliments and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for effortless, feminine styles
