Very disappointing experience

I placed Order #1771 from Germany, but the product was shipped from China without clear information beforehand. Since then, the return process has been a nightmare.

I contacted customer service about the return two weeks ago and still haven’t received any response. The so-called return system doesn’t work for international shipments, and I was left without a proper return address or label.

This is unacceptable – if you are considering ordering here, be aware that returns and customer service do not function as promised.
