Sad to report that as of June '23 they have ceased trading, citing component serialisation and non-replaceable component design as affecting their repair business to an unsustainable degree.

Easy to use menu system
The memory I wanted was for an older machine I thought I might struggle to narrow it down but the help system enabled me to hone straight in on the exact type. Impressive.

I have had several Macbooks repaired…
I have had several Macbooks repaired for very reasonable prices that were rejected as scrap by Apple. They are now functioning high performing and reliable. There is a ‘recycle if economical’ philosophy at MacUpgrades and they will run through the options with over the phone to help decide what repairs make sense. Instead of throwing good laptops away, MU can fix them and you can donate to charity if you can’t use them.

You sent the wrong Memory card !!!!
You sent the wrong Memory card !!!!! Was told there was only 1 digit difference in the SKU number to the one I wanted. If you knew this why don't you really change the number so there is no possibility for confusion?
