I’ve been using Macro Meals for years and credit where credits due they are amazing tasty meals. Also love the fact you can build your own. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

I've been ordering Macro meals since last November and so impressed each time I order. It comes in a really well packaged cool box with an ice pack to keep the food chilled. Each container has labels so you don't forget what the meal was. I put them in the fridge or freezer straight away. We have a medium sized fridge so it's perfect for us as we can fit at least 10 meal containers in there. The meals make you feel so satisfyingly full up. As a Caribbean, I'm so used to cooking and wanted a break, so love that I can order my favourite Jerk chicken & rice. The spices are lovely without the guilty feeling of takeaway or even cooking. It fits in well my weight loss programme, where I found I can really monitor what I'm eating portion wise. Another bonus I love about the Macro meals is that they have Halal options for us as we only eat halal meat. I just received my latest order and couldn't be happier with the experience as a whole. They also have great customer service too so look forward to ordering again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I made my order from Macro Meals having never used a company like this before. The food came packaged safely and cooled. The food itself tasted very fresh and so tasty with the different flavours you can choose. Although cooked in the microwave it tasted great, better than anything I’ve never purchased from a supermarket. I immediately ordered more and got my husband to try it, who’s incredibly fussy but he loved it too. It feel like we’re eating out but in the comfort of our own home!

Excellent tasty meals that are well prepared, i especially like the flexibility to build my own meals. This lets me focus on life and not have to count Macros and Calories!!

What company in this day and age doesn't let you view the ingredients or more importantly allergy information. Absolutely no where on your website does it list ingredients or allergy information. I have a serious nut allergy and I would have thought it was law to list all ingredients/allergens. I definitely won't be ordering from you.

I’ve used quite a few food prep companies and this has been by far the best experience. Both in terms of food quality, variety and efficiency of delivery it’s hands down the best service and food around. I’ve found everything from the clean sleek packaging to the taste easy to use and I’ve already passed the details on to quite a few colleagues that also use food prep!

Was blown away with the quality of the meals considering the price. Other meal prep companies are nearly double the price of MMUK! Hidden Gem!
