that's okay but not great. In other words, leaves a lot to be desired and I'll explain why. The platform is functional enough for basic banking, but it is sort of outdated and clunky at times. It gets my job done, but not without a deal of frustration. I need to go through long lines to reach out to customer service representative. Costs are high compared to the services offered.
