Very good backup software as I have…
Very good backup software as I have been using the free home version for years with no problems.
As for this paid home version replacing the free version your pricing could be a little cheaper as being on a pension alone funds are hard to find.
This software is simple to use
This software is simple to use, concise in design and does the job with minimum fuss and maximum satisfaction.

I have been using Macrium for a few years now and it’s a great product. Thanks Macrium for crediting the overcharge for a second download I didn’t need as I already renewed one on the 2/12/2024. Your response was great and the credit already organised. Thankyou very much.

I've used Reflect for more years than I can remember, and it performs flawlessly night after night. I back up two laptops in our home to USB drives, and do the occasional recovery, which is very straightforward to do. I use the email feature to send me success and failure notifications, reassuring me that all is well (or not!)
No drama, no hassle.
Worked as advertised
Worked as advertised. Only thing is, I have two computers and had to pay for a second liscense. I'm a home user not in the tech field. Seems a bit much.
Unreliable backup
I have found out the hard way that actually restoring a system from a full image backup, for me, doesn't work. I have tried (unsuccessfully) to restore an incremental backup and the full image backup. Directions for performing this vital and critical task are vague, at best, for a casual home user.
Live and learn. I have resorted to utilizing OneDrive, DropBox and GoodSync to keep backups of critical files.
Not much has changed except it's now more expensive!
Not much has changed.
Good - Ability to exclude folders
Bad - Now a subscription service.
Bad - UI is still stuck in the 90's

Was good but not a great experience purchasing this product. The download link was missing from the email to download my purchased product. Contacted Tech Support and reported the issue. And got a new download link and I got the product installed and working.

Directions for Imaging and cloning could be a little easier to understand, and carry out, for the home user.
so far so good
so far so good. I have not used the product to it's full capabilities, like an PC clone activity, but I have made lots of OS backups and at least two OS restores.
Looks great so far.

I have been using your software for years with no problem. I updated because you said that it would be faster. I got it on my business computer.
Your old software took about 3 hours to backup and 3 hours restore. Your new version that's a different event.
It started out at 3 hours so I set it up to turn off when done. The next morning it showed 9 hours on with 3 hours to go. I switched to my other back up software, Acronis, and it took 2.5 hours. Now which one would you use?

First look is Ok, second is Very Ok!
First look is Ok. ARM64 support, a lot of capabilites, and really fantastic speed of backup!
It works great
When to start my PC one morning and Windows wouldn't load. Bad SSD. Fortuneately, the OS drive was backed up (imaged) with Macrium Reflect. Installed a new SSD and restored the image. My PC booted up. Hurray!
The best local backup software bar none
I've relied on Macrium software for years, and it hasn't let me down yet. Stable, feature rich, straight forward to use and most importantly reliable. I can't say how good or bad support is, because I've never had to use them. A+ experience.
