I visited the Tunstall store personally and found it to be quite pleasant. The staff are delightful, engaging in friendly conversation, and the prices are reasonable. However, my 5kg flour bag is set to expire in less than a month. Even if I made pizza for breakfast and dinner every day, I'd likely have some left over. Short shelf lives might work for business clients but aren't ideal for personal use. Despite that, I initially rated them 4 stars because I want this unique local Italian shop to thrive.Update: I changed my rating to 5 stars. I learned that whole wheat flour has a shorter shelf life than all-purpose flour after reading your response. My mistake! :)

Rude and unpleasant on emails when…
Rude and unpleasant on emails when difficulty was found with an order. Asked for a refund and needed to send several emails and was even sent quotes from legal documents! Wholly unpleasant and I would advise avoiding.
