All the staff were so friendly and absolutely fantastic with my little boy, he was scared of the cameras and the lights but they were so patient with him and managed to get some really great photos. The end result was amazing, all around fantastic experience

We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We had a great time with our dogs doing the shoot and the photos are amazing! They managed to capture our dog’s personalities perfectly.

Had our photos taken at a Stortford branch, this went into liquidation a few days after. Mackney photography contacted us and said they did have our photos as they do the editing, arranged an online viewing as this was considerably further so not able to travel there. The viewing was great with a video of the all the photos, picked the ones we wanted and arrived in stated time well packaged.

Super team! Photographer made my daughter feel at ease and took excellent photographs 🥰

Won a free photoshoot via the Facebook baby of the year competition. It was really easy to book a suitable time/date for our family and my daughter loved it! Our photographer Beth was so patient with her and had a great mind for it props/positions for her. We were there for roughly 2 hours and were invited back to view our photos a couple of weeks later, the photos were amazing and we never felt pressured by the staff to make a purchase. The prints are expensive, however you pay for quality photos and they have reasonable payment schemes if required. I was told it would be 10-12 weeks to receive our prints, however we only had to wait about 6. I will definitely be using Mackney again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone!

Lovely staff! The photographer (Beth) and assistant (can’t remember her name sorry 😖) we’re both really chatty and made me feel at ease especially when my little girl wasn’t wanting to do certain things and was getting distressed. They were both very good at handling this and either changed positioning or stopped for a short break. Beth even rocked little one to sleep for me so I could wipe my trousers after a little wee wee accident 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
Seeing the pictures was lovely! I found the prints to be expensive for me and my current financial situation with being on maternity leave but I couldn’t resist purchasing the beautiful photos of my baby girl I’m just glad there was options for me. They are honestly beautiful!

Our experience was amazing from start to finish! Simon was lovely, made myself and my partner feel at ease and all the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Nothing we asked of was to much trouble. Simon was amazing with our 4 week old, extremely patient and professional! Our photos are exceptional and we couldn’t be happier with them. Will definitely be returning again in the future.

I went to studio with my three kids to do the photo session. When we reached there they were ready for us and the costumes were so nice for my 3 children. Photo session was so nice as well and when we received the pictures they are excellent. I am so happy with overall service.

The whole experience with Mackney has been very professional and lovely. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. The Location shoot itself, with Simon, was a lot of fun and he was great at getting the whole family (including 3 month old baby and dog!) to smile and to be engaged. It was a great day with some stunning photos that we will treasure forever.

Had an absolute blast, the staff are so friendly & professional, made a little girls dreams come true, we all had a great afternoon out & most of all got some amazing photos that I can't imagine getting anywhere else, these will definitely be talked about for many years to come, would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a photoshoot that's different & exciting for their kids. I've just been in for my 3rd time to pick photos from Mackney and as always the service was brilliant!
I cannot recommend them enough! I arrived early and was greeted by friendly faces offering me a hot drink and pleasant conversation.
The large piece of art we bought is probably my favourite, although they are all beautiful. I walk past this particular piece everyday and it never fails to make me smile. I always look. I always smile.

We are already discussing when we will be going for our next family shoot.

I won a free photoshoot to enter baby of the year. Everyone was super friendly, lots of props to choose from, very relaxed environment.
I wasn't expecting to love as many photos as I did! Ended up leaving there with a very light bank account.

We had a truly amazing time having Daisy's photos take with you, you was all so welcoming. We was looked after very well and me and my husband got to sit down and relax taking in this special moment while you and your team did all the hard work taking such good care if our little girl. And as you know new babies run to there own time table but you guys accommodate that very well and the whole experience was fantastic.

Mackney Photography were fantastic. My little girl has ASD and sometimes struggles in new environments and doing as she's told/sitting still, they were fine with her wandering around when needed and were so understanding. The whole experience was made fun and enjoyable and the kids loved it. Especially my other little girl who is a budding model and loves to pose. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our photoshoot. Everything was made simple and we were well looked after during the shoot and viewing. This is the second time we have used Mackney for our children’s photos and we will definitely use them again.
