I’m not very good with computers, but this antivirus is really easy to use. The design is simple, so I can find everything without trouble. Scanning my mac is just a few clicks, and it runs without confusing settings. I like that it explains things clearly, so I know what’s happening. When I had a question, customer support answered quickly and helped me fix the issue. They were patient and didn’t use complicated tech words, which I really appreciated. I feel much safer using mackeeper. Overall, it’s a solid choice to keep my mac secure

I’ve contacted MacKeeper’s tech support a few times, and they’ve been helpful. They reply quickly and are friendly, though it can take a little time for more complicated issues. Overall, I’m happy with the support and feel like I can get help when I need it.

well ....somehow I have the feeling, since I installed MC Keeper the performance is slower.
Staff as such is friendly and helpfull , but as others mentioned to much hard selling for premium service.

Sigh. We've used MacKeeper for years and years. Now we're trying to combine and share our licenses. I've spent 2.5 hours JUST trying to add a license one of us bought (3 license software) to the other's account. Finally Nico came to my rescue! It took him ~5 minutes to accomplish the addition. I find that if you make it plain that you DO NOT want additional 'servicing" on the Premium Services plan, you can get to someone who can help you. But you do have to say NO time and again. Wish it didn't take all that pushback.

I had a problem with my settings, and their support helped in no time. I was getting some kind of security warning on my screen, and I had no clue what it meant Reached out to their chat, and a real nice support person walked me through fixing it step by step. Didn’t make me feel dumb, which I appreciate because I dont know much about computers. Now everything is running smooth, and I feel a lot safer using my laptop for things like online banking. I used to worry about scams and viruses, but this app takes care of all that for me. It’s nice knowing I have some protection without having to mess with complicated settings. A good investment for people like me who just want peace of mind and a working computer

My most recent experience involved a non-responding feature - the VPN. A quick question sent to their experts solved the problem immediately and they did not try to up-sell me on further services.

Don't do it
I started off for the free trial, after a scan they recommended upgrade to the full version, I chose 1 device £71. Then a technician asks for access to your mac runs a diagnostic and finds an issue. They then charge you an additional £225 for a technician to review any issues, this was after refusing discounted price of over £300. Continual comments to persuade you to upgrade. I still don't see what I paid £71 for and no issues were isolated.

I like how MacKeeper helps clean up junk and keep my Mac running better, but it’s not perfect. Sometimes it tells me to delete files that I’m not sure should be deleted, so I always double-check. Nevertheless, the interface is clean and simple, making everything easy to find. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to keep their Mac in top shape!

I like having MK installed on my machine. It works well and I feel secure. Should I ever have a query then I know that an expert is not very far away and I usually get an answer reasonably quickly. What I dislike is that when I do raise query, having resolved it, the online expert will try to persuade me that my computer needs a scan, which they will provide free of charge. I have done this in the past and then been offered a follow up paid for service, which I have declined. So, now, when I have to call, I just decline the free offer to start with. However, the expert keeps trying to persuade me - this happened again today. Please stop this practice. Include the offer of the free service if you must in the expert's script but allow them not to repeat the offer if it is declined. Thanks

I'm a 77-year-old computer novice, so I don't understand much of this verbiage. So, I appreciate that the contacts get on my computer and let me watch how to do a lot of the things I need to do. So far, so good. I think I may have found the best program out there for my Mac.
