I only downloaded this because I looked up 'Mac App Cleaner' and this one said free. It isn't free and you can't actually do anything unless you pay. I will only do trials that offer full access to the app and that don't require credit card details until you decide to buy. Companies like this use these dodgy methods to get people to download their crap. It's false advertising. I think it should be illegal to do this and the better business bureau should step in. I deleted it almost immediately after downloading. Avoid.

Customer service was always helpful. Excellent in a way they always gave me a solution when purchased my product, answering all my questions.

MacKeeper wanted to update its program but I had very specific instructions as to what could be done. They worked diligently over a long period of time and accomplished this while honoring my instructions. I have been, and remain a satisfied customer and thank them for their expertise.

Support was fantastic! I had a question about my license, and they responded quickly with clear explanations. Great service

Purchased MacKeeper today. Technician who helped install the product remotely gave me the very hard sell to buy further technician services and would not let up when i asked her to stop. I had to hang up in the end.

I bought and paid (dearly) a subscription to MacKeeper, hoping to see a dramatic improvement in the performance of my Intel-powerd MacBook Pro, as much as resolving some sw issues.
The result? Easy
My Mac got worst and worst and worst.
I experienced an average 5 to 10 daily crashes because my computer's resources were literraly devoured by something called MacKeeper agent, that works in background, God knows why.
I highly, highly, highly recommend to stay away from MacKeeper if you care first of your Mac and also of your mental health.

Of course I diligently shared my data to the guys. Do you think they contact me? LOL I guess you can imagine the answer.

I am an old pensioner and use a computer occasionally. I am NOT an expert ! I had a problem where all my son's old and current emails from past employments and his daughter's emails appeared on my computer as IDENTITY THEFT! The kind, patient and competent MacKeeper staff helped me to sort this out. I'm extremely grateful to MacKeeper.

They got right on the problem. They took care of the situation and made me feel comfortable.

---- Just an update.
Did get anywhere, after days or doing things remotely from my computer. Were unable to speed up my computer (as they suggested they would do) - Turned an 8 minute wait time for my Mac to start up. To a 20 mins wait.
Then in the end suggest, I need a new hard drive, because of the age of my machine. Something that they perhaps could have let me know before I forked out £££ for services they don't seem to be able to perform.

Also, in the report they file to me at the end of the process, they list there trust pilot score as 5 star. Not 4 as it appears they are. Which is probably breaching some false advertising rule of some kind.

Great service provided by very knowledgeable and nice people. Bonnie (just as an example) was specially proficient and quick to solve my problem. Five stars! Thank you!

The scanning process is quick and efficient. The additional features, like the VPN and privacy tools, are fantastic bonuses that enhance my overall online security. This app has exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to safeguard their Mac.

Every contact is a hard sell attempt. Having cancelled the auto renewal, having a clean up last week when they asked if I wanted to renew as auto renew was off and where I said no - they have still claimed a payment for £468 from my credit card - absolutely outrageous

They advertised their anti virus programs for £56 for 1 mac protection for a year, now having paid and given an activation number am told I need to pay a further £159 to activate this program. Disgusting way of taking peoples money for no service

I have been using MacKeeper for almost 10 years and I never fell need to take my computers for any service this app is amazing keep your computer safe organized fresh and easy to control everything from one place and also if you need them you can find them anytime 24/7 with happy faces and they will leave you until they solve your issue. usually I don't write reviews but I feel I should do for this app because always keep me safe and become my friend, in other meaning my Mac without MacKeeper meaning missing something
