Missing item not replaced. Not proper tracking

I ordered 5 parts. One of them was incomplete (missing plastic part). The single part package was not fully sealed so the smaller parts could be stolen or lost. Or simply a production error from their vendor xgrip. I returned the part but I haven't got a replacement as requested but instead a reinbursement after weeks. I also had issues with tracking the shipment to Italy using one of the 2 proposed (cheaper) couriers. I used SDA. The same conpany was used to return the part and still their warehouse could not find it. If you have to return parts it will be a nightmere

I never received the shipment

I never received the shipment, instead I received a message, thanking me for the return which I never asked for. And now I receive a survey asking me how do I judge the product I bought. Which I never received. Quite funny, but I don’t have the items that I bought.
