A horrible business practice. Avoid doing business with them all cost.

They renewed my ad and charged my card without any notice or notification. After discovering the charge, I reached out to take down the ad. They declined and were exceptionally unhelpful and rude. Had to block my card to prevent further charges from them.

Now they're pestering me via SMS, mail and threatening with debt collector service.

A truly horrible experience.

Very fast contact with sellers, trusted dealers

Finding and purchasing the machine went smoothly. The team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They provided excellent support with all the necessary documentation, ensuring that everything was in order.

The system is very useful and the response time of the sellers is very quick. Very handy to know the location of the items being sold so you can look at shipping etc.

Has anyone gone to court with machineseeker, are there any European claims against them. They renewed the contract with me for three months with an increase of 90 euros, that's 23%, which I don't approve of and I'm thinking of going to court with them.

It's a useful site but can tend to look cluttered making browsing more taxing than it could be.

This company is abusive. They will renew your contract wihout notice and continue to issue invoices even though I told them I want to cancel my membership on the day of renewal. They have a fine print in their contract that you should tell them 7 days beforehand or they will invoice you for another year. The website works for its purpose but the general attitude towards the customer is horrible.

Our company has been purchasing equipment, mainly CNC machines for metalworking. Unfortunately, we trusted the seller with the "certified dealer" sign and paid for the machine. Next, the seller began to delay the shipment process, and then stated that he would not be able to ship the machine, while promising to refund the money under the contract. Several months passed, but the money was not returned, the seller stopped contacting, contacting machineseeker support did not help. At first, support contacted the seller, made sure of our failure, and then they simply wrote to us that we would go to court and refused to influence the seller in any way, although one of the criteria for choosing this seller's name was a "certified dealer" from machineseeker. In conclusion, I can say that for almost a year now we have not been able to get our money back, and the dishonest seller continues to post his ads on this resource and the support service does not respond in any way. If you do not want to get into the same situation, then try to check the supplier, because the machineseeker resource itself will not help you in a difficult situation and their "certified dealer" sign does not correspond to the truth and a fraudster may be with it.

First of all the promtitude and the helpfulness to contact thw dealers , in order to get an answer ( price , etc) as soon as posible .

There are lots of different companies and different products with lot of visuals to understand the machines that are sold .. Maybe there can be vıdeos more whıle the sold products are working because it is not %100 defined

It's great to be able to find my needs for used food machinery in one place, and to have the support of Machineseeker throughout the process.
Only issue I've had is the site compatibility with older browsers, otherwise its a very good experience.
