Great experience from start to finish, I took advantage of the measuring service in Manchester as I live in the north of England and I now have a beautiful 8 yard hand sewn kilt made in my family tartan, it also arrived earlier than stated.

Great service, I had a problem with the delivery date, as I was going to be away, but after a few emails they were happy to deliver when I returned.
Loved the fit, it was just as ordered.
Would use again if I needed a waistcoat made from an unusual tartan.

Ordered some Tartan samples for a wedding that is still yet to be, the samples were perfect and very well presented and packed. The follow up I received from MacGregor and MacDuff was excellent and I really appreciated it, as for the wedding it still seems further than expected but the one thing I do know is I will not hesitate in contacting MacGregor and MacDuff when the time comes.

The kilt that was sold to us wasn’t up to standard and was not sized properly.
However saying that when I phoned to complain the customer service was great. I’m hoping the money will be returned to my band very soon as my son is waiting to buy another kilt with his Christmas money as he is a solo piper and the competitions star this week.

An outstanding experience from order to delivery. Customer service is at a level I’ve rarely experienced. Ordering from Canada, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but from the follow-up after placing my order to the delivery tracking emails, everything was absolutely spot on. I would highly recommend.

Whilst my order initially got overlooked, they were fantastic getting it to me pronto once the error was realised. It was a tight deadline as I was bringing the product to family in Lima. They got it to me in time and my second cousin in Lima with Scottish heritage was delighted
