Everything we order may it be meat , pies etc is so fresh and flavoursome. When our order is delivered it is well packaged and you can freeze everything when it arrives. We live in west Yorkshire originally from Dundee so it's a taste of home and we love it

These guys are awesome! After a very understandable mix up they called me up to explain things and arranged an additional steak to be sent to me at great expense to themselves. Generous, decent and trustworthy business! Highly recommended. Thankyou!

I wanted to surprise my dad for his birthday with all his favourite foods as he a true Scotsman and has been living in Essex over 20 years he misses the traditional foods

And spoke to the actual butcher such a nice guy who done a hamper for dad will definitely be ordering again waiting to see the Xmas hamper
food was amazing boxed up lovely and best of all dad was well chuffed !

Can well recomend this butchers. Recieved my pack on time. It was well insulated to keep everything cool and fresh. The meat is top class quality. It was wonderful to have a real taste of Scotland. Empire biscuits tasted heavenly and took me back to my childhood. Simply the Best.

The food is fantastic and the free gift was overwhelmingly generous. A real treat.

Excellent for the most part, but one bag of butteries was one whole and the equivalent of two in broken bits. I emailed but have heard nothing, I pay a lot of money for this food and don't like being treated like a fool, I'm really considering finding another supplier
I have just received a phone call from the company and I am impressed with the customer service, I received an apology and a refund for the butteries, it is nice to receive a personal communication and I will definitely buy again.

Just received our butcher pack and are very pleased with our first order. The scotch pies lived up to my memory. Will definitely order again. Prompt delivery and well packed with a lovely hand written "Enjoy Elaine" on the box

Everything fresh well packed & full of flavour just perfect

Delivered on time, well packed and presented.
Tatty scones were a bit stale but all of the meat products are excellent (except you use a different recipe for your elephant foot pies from his granny, lol). I liked them and the Bridies are my favourite.
I’ll be ordering again next week.

Just a shame the delivery was over an hour late, but that’s not your fault

Perhaps not McDonald’s fault but very disappointed with the delivery and communication relating to the delivery of my order . Received an e mail itemising a specific date for delivery as I live on my own and it’s food I took the day off . Delivery did not come and no communication , contacted the delivery company and after a 30 minute wait on line was told it would come the next day . Not given any indication on time , so another day wasted waiting for the delivery . The contact at the delivery company couldn’t have cared less . Although the delivery is to some degree out of McDonald’s hands ( having said that it’s there choice ) as a result of the lack of communication , poor response and time lost by myself I won’t be using McDonald’s again .

first order arrived last week, very happy with the quality of it. Proper morning rolls! not had those in years, and the steak pie was gorgeous! Will definitely order again, thank you!

An item missing and then no response from the seller

My August Box arrived in excellent time and goods were perfectly packed: Pies,Bridies,Snowballs etc.this also included a full pack of Lorne sausage which I ordered. However the two packs of Potato Scones were Missing.I rang MacDonalds:: I also left a voice mail plus an Email but unfortunately I have not had any response,I am Scottish and live in Sussex now. I do want to order more of the lovely Scottish food that I miss but feel disappointed and let down right now,I do hope McDonald's Dundee will contact me to rectify this.

Insulated and cold packed keeps everything fresh.

I bought s Scottish pack for my sister’s birthday and that started it. The delivery was spot on time, food was beautifully packaged and the food was excellent! We lived off the pack for a whole week! And there were chocolate treats too! I came home and bought chicken pies, steak pies and bridies. They are all delicious and the pastry is light and crumbly. Can’t praise them highly enough. Well done Bobby and your team.

All products wrapped and packed well arrived on time. I notice a change in delivery company to Parcel Force but same old problem box arrived on its side. But all products survived inside despite that Big black arrows saying This Way Up. May as well been written in gobilygooc. Apart from that everything perfect we stopped ordering steak pies as last delivery company tried there best to destroy them. May start to order them again see what happens. Last time pies came separate bags etc not a fan of this way. Got little steak pies this time in Perfect condition than you.Will ask before next order what way are you sending them with new delivery company.

My order. came well packed.Everything I ordered was of a very high standard.Steak pie full of tender pieces of steak.Battered black pudding took me back to Strathaven for a black pudding supper.I have another order coming soon.Definitely recommend this Scottish butcher.Nice personal touch too.
