Choose your model and its condition on our website to get an instant quote, and the price is fixed at checkout. Sending your MacBook to us is free. Print the prepaid Royal Mail label we email as soon as you order, book a free Royal Mail collection from your door on a day that suits you, or drop it off in person at our London store on Whitechapel Road. Tracked parcels usually arrive within one to three working days. We check every MacBook the day it arrives. MacBooks that reach us Monday to Friday before 2pm are usually checked and paid the same day, by bank transfer or PayPal, with no fees. If what arrives is different from what was described, we email you a revised offer with the reason, and you decide whether to accept it. Your data matters to us.
