I ve ordered 2 pieces online on 11th of…

I ve ordered 2 pieces online on 11th of october and after 1 week my order still hasnt shipped. I ve sent an email and got no response, sent a message from insta no response, made a comment on insta and they deleted it. Now they ve openned a pop up store in london so i might go and ask for my money back. Do not order!! No customer service at all and tiny detail they dont ship the products you paid for.****Update 19.10.2026 it just gets better. I finally got a response to my mail and they claim the product was on pre-order and the supplier failed to deliver the products on time bla bla. The product is not on pre order and it wasnt when i ordered it. Sharing for those who are planning to order.
