If only I could give zero stars! Absolutely horrendous service in every regard from wait time to actual service to respecting me as a human. They spend more time on excuses and finding loopholes than providing help.

The reparation was successful. I let my iMac the time I went away for own business and when I came back the disk was replaced. Furthermore the guy was very sympathic and we talked of very different things afterwards.
He even fixed bugs that I wasn't aware.
