I ordered the sample $14.95 which I received but they keep charging my credit card for $99.95 six times. I got in touch with my credit card company and also reported to BBB this company needs to be shut down. They are a fraud company. You can get their product st Wal-Mart and on Amazon for $9.99. I have gotten in touch with CITI BANK THAT I HAVE HAD SEVENTEEN YEARS and they have done nothing. They think we received 6 orders of $99.95 but only received the one time $14.95. Citi bank is ruined my credit over this stupid company. Called Orlando police and the address MABOX uses in Orlando is the post office address .Has anyone gotten any results from there credit card company. They should all be in JAIL for all the people they have messed up.............

I ordered their Retinol Cream for…and got scammed with 2 charges of $99.95 each, and for products that were not delivered. This company is a scam.......

I ordered their Retinol Cream for $14.95, which I received. . Two days later my account was charged $99.95 TWICE!!!!!! and I received NO PRODUCTS. This company is a scam. They also have a clause in which they say "they don't offer monthly subscriptions or auto withdrawals from your checking account. And.......If you don't have any order number with a series 3 or email from us - "We are not the company you are looking for"....It's all lies!!!!! They are the company hiding behind other companies to scam you. They get your card number with your initial purchase, and hope you don't catch on, until it's TOO LATE....BUYER BEWARE........THIEVES.....

Mabox Skincare - Fraud company/unethical

I ordered a product from Mabox Skincare (located inOrlando Florida) from their Facebook ad. It was a special for new customers. No subscription or auto-shipping attached. 2 days later I received a call from my CC company about a suspicious charge of $63.89. I did not authorize this charge. I have contacted Mabox and they emailed me a refund confirmation. It has been a month now and my CC still hasn't received the refund. I have called them numerous times, they have since blocked my number and won't answer my calls or emails. The one time I did happen to get a person on the line, he immediately hung up on me when I mentioned "REFUND".
The BBB has numerous complaints of this company doing the same thing to other customers.
