At Maats they not only have the best selection of the most beautiful brands in cycling clothing, but for an online shop they also offer perfect service. Is the size of your ordered item wrong? Just send an email and you will receive a quick response. Always flexible and a great example of how online shopping can still be personal!

Easy to navigate webshop, though I’d like to see the ability to make a wishlist. Great products of great cycling brands. Only, watch out prices (at least) matches brand prices on their website (during sale!). Great service with quick replying, packed all well and love the personal touch with a card.

A complete waste of time they don't have the stock to fulfill orders....but they take your money and cancel the order later and waste your time.

Rented a bike from them to see Amsterdam, so I decided to see the store as well. Great little shop, got a spectacular deal on a pair of shoes because I forgot mine at home (Vancouver Canada). Also bought a Maat jersey too. Sale staff even loaded a route for me to ride.
Unfortunately the route cut through a cow pasture that was closed and covered in mud!! lol So I turned around and rode through the city instead. Great experience can't to come back.

Nice brands but extremely poor customer service. Did not hear from them for weeks after reporting quality issues with a product despite multiple follow-ups. Now I am left with an expensive ruined kit. Sorry, but I will not buy here again.

Visiting Utrecht from Australia and the service and friendliness provided by the staff was second to none. Great ride recommendations and pre-ride coffee was a heart starter! They stocked a great range of kit and even took home a new pair of cycling shoes... highly recommend a visit.

Booking a bike and picking it up from "Chasse Patate" in Amsterdam was very simple and straight forward. You have the option to get 2 bottles and a helmet from the shop, in case you don't have your own. You have the option to choose different pedals (not flat), but keep in mind that cycling shoes are not included.

The bike itself was great, well maintained and I had absolutely no issues with it.

A fair warning, get yourself a cycling kit, or at least shorts, if you're planning to do longer rides.
