Found a hidden charge in my account and I refused to pay and requested for cancellation of my account. They ignored my request and did not refund my $23.25.
Not recommended for this vendor if you are serious about looking for your hosting service provider.

take care with payments !!!!!
hosting good. but when it comes to payments , it was bad over the years always disscussing over billing.
now when cancelld accouunt , and even cant access now ,it shows no ac exist --pls create new , the cancellation was by support confirmed...an indian company try to charge again,and they done ..now have to try get money back.
