I had to use an architect for planning & design for a project I took on recently and tried M1 Architects services. I can honestly say they are the future of architectural work. They are dedicated to there work, professional, cost effective, prompt reliable, trustworthy and competent. There is no design they can't achieve, There services are smooth cost effective and swift. I would definitely recommend M1 Architects to those who are serious with there time & money. Staff at M1 Architect are always there to guide you on any questions you may have without fuss. All in all a great team who actually know what they're doing with there expertise. What impressed me the most was there aftercare and attitude towards there clients which as a company is very rare nowadays. If you're a developer and haven't had the pleasure of using M1 Architects services you need to get on there customer base ASAP. I can confidently say you will be thankful for using there services for your portfolio such as myself.

Mohammed Hussein is very professional in his approach,efficient and committed to his work, he works with you on any project or application you hired him for and get things done in detail , he was available through his phone and email and answered all my questions and enquiries very swiftly when we worked on extension planning drawings and building regulations application .
