I would give zero stars if I could this company is arguing with me the delivery driver dropped my parcel on the doorstep. I have ring doorbell footage pictures all the evidence they will not refund because they are saying it was signed for how can it be signed for when the evidence clearly see he dropped it on the doorstep and it went missing purely because we live on a busy main road with no front garden or no porch and he clicked it was a safe place what a clown 🤡

I ordered a Desk it came they left it on the door step but I did not recieve it, they say first check all around the house with neighbours surely I would not miss a large item on your doorstep so had a chat on line so they know I did not get it yet still not sorted this was delivered 4/7/25 looks like not getting my money back and paypal have been no help.Would not use the Company again, you can buy but no returns or refunds for items.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. I bought a dress and jacket outfit and was bitterly disappointed. The material was like nothing I had ever encountered for clothing - it was like plastic. Go near a naked flame and I’m sure I would have burst into flames!! Went straight in the bin!! Very poorly made, stitching terrible and threads hanging off everywhere. These Chinese companies are shocking, stay away from them. I will always check where my items come from in future. China has no standards stay away from that country.

While Shein is fairly cheap (although as you'll soon ready not as much as you initially think) and some item are nice, there were some veeery cheeky issues that made me go from frequent customer to deciding to delete my account - and never shop from them every again!-once my ongoing disputes are resolved.
1- Most cheeky thing ever which I couldn't believe!! Have you ever wondered why items are so cheap but your basket is over the hundreds? The prices of some of the items in your basket increase as you add items to your basket! Don't believe me? try it out yourself or look it up on google as other people have spoken about this before. So at the end of it, between this, shipping fee,handling fee etc (which you don't get back) the items cost almost as much as other shops but are of worse quality.
Also sometimes I received 2 of the exact same item, but one is more expensive than the other (what!?). At first I used to think it was my mistake (although it had never happened to me with other online shops) but then realised it wasn't me, just like the prices go up, quantity can as well.
And you might ask "why wouldn't you just refund the extra items?" well because of problem number 2..
2- some items are non refundable!! and no, it doesn't state it clearly before you buy it nor does it have any logical pattern to it all. For instance, I could understand why jewellery may not be refundable but why wouldn't (unused) shoes or a dress be non-refundable? Same dress, one in cream and one in orange..one is refundable, the other isn't.
3- Some items were missing from the package. Shein refused to refund them because their packaging history/details showed no issues with packaging. This really made me laugh! First of all, where is the proof of this? and most importantly if staff realised they hadn't packed one of the items, why would they report it as a problem rather than just add it to the package or post it separately? baffling..
4- One of my packages showed as delivered but I didn't receive it. While the fault for this may lay with the courier rather than Shein, they still put it back on me to contact the courier and all the headache that came with it even though this was not my fault!!! At the end of the day I am paying the (literal) price for something that wasn't my fault! I think that the cost of this should at the very least be shared between me, courier and Shein. Even though it's crazy as I am a simple customer and they are multi billion dollar companies!!

Three items faulty and incorrectly sized, cannot return
Three items ordered. Half of one item was stitched inside out, one was sized incorrectly and I wanted to return the third item.
The SHEIN app would not let me return these for refund, claiming they could not find my order.

Ordered voilles with gold embellishment. Washed them a gold washes out. Unable to clim refund for shoddy goods as time up a you cannot complain

ordered on impulse an item for 52pound amazon delivered said item but as no verification code had been sent so could not deliver item. Upon investigation it turns out code was going to a defunk e/mail address which hadnt been used in years given up any hope of getting item lesson learnt no chinese websites however tempting.

Ordered a desktop fan from this Company. They accepted the order, told me it had been despatched and then 10 days later refunded my payment without explanation.
When I emailed (their reply to address!) to ask why, I got a reply in Chinese (I think) which offered no help whatsoever.
