Horrible customer service. I ordered items several weeks ago and nothing has been delivered. I'm so frustrated with trying to communicate with AI bots.

Modlily is terrible
I ordered 3 items and sent 1 item back for an exchange in size. They hired a lame delivery service to toss it and even photograph the package laying on a sidewalk somewhere in the development. They keep going in circles and won't issue a refund for undelivered merch. This company is a joke. They think you'll get tired of the run around and give up. Awful customer service by email only.

Fake Website Scam
I believe this advertisement on FB is a rip off of the Modlily site. Suspect SCAM: Maybe similar to the m.embroidery fake site for clothing? I cannot get a history read for this site on FB, and the web address is NOT the KNOWN Modlily site, Which is simply Modlily.com. Pretty darn sure it is another ripoff scam site that will steal your money!
