Refund denied on faulty Air Force 1's
Very disappointed to be denied a refund for defective Nike Airforce 1's, which cost 110 pounds. Soles started peeling after a matter of weeks. Product was clearly substandard and the issue got progressively worse. My son stopped wearing the shoes but due to moving house and being too busy I left it a few months before taking the shoes back to the store (still just 7 months after purchase). The retailer said they would send the shoes for testing, which they did. I then receive a letter saying there is no defect and it was "wear and tear". How can that be after my son just wore them to school for about 2-3 months? The pair we bought before this had exactly the same issue and I received a refund. You must know there are a lot of defective Air Force 1's and you should support your customers! My 13 year-old son now has a useless pair of trainers that I cannot afford to replace and is very disappointed. I will not be shopping at your outlets again (or buying Nike trainers again).
