I bought a €99 perfume

I bought a €99 perfume. Decided to return next day. The girl processed return and told me she is giving me a €3 gift card. I said thank you. Today I found out, instead of returning my money back to my original payment, she put the €99 on the gift card without even asking me. The whole €3 was just a lie. I confronted with the manager and he says there is nothing he can do and it's store policy to refund only in gift cards. I can spend that €99 but I will never step into that store again.
