I recently used this company to carry out the conveyancing on a small parcel of land that I was purchasing . Everyone that I dealt with throughout the entire process was excellent. Queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire process. The transaction was completed quickly, which was very important to me in this instance. I really couldn’t have asked for more, and I will certainly use them again in the future should the need arise.

Handled the recent sale of my property in Weston Super Mare competently but I was totally frustrated with the Portal/App you're asked to sign into. The only document it contained was the Onboarding letter and nothing from the sale process despite receiving several emails stating "We have an update for you on your sale. There has been an update on your matter. This will be reflected on your App and communication from the team managing your file will be received shortly". The update and/or document never appeared. I did report my concerns, but they were never resolved.

Shriyanthi has been so professional .Questions and any queries raised regarding both have been dealt with very quickly which we have found so helpful in what can be such a stressful time.
