Poor service
Very poor service, no items arrived. The problem was reported and I kept getting different answers. In the end I claimed my money back through Amazon. Very poor customer service.

Record Sleeves
I have orders the record sleeves and have been told it would be delivered by 22nd March. Still they haven't been delivered, yet you are asking for a review of my experience - really an own goal!
Surely you have systems in place to ensure deliveries have actually reached their destination before asking for a review.
