Scam!! Avoid at all costs!

Very cheap clothes that were poorly fitting. Return policy is AWFUL! Would have to return dress to China. This business should be shutdown. I feel taken advantage of and stupid that I fell for it. Oh well, $35 down the drain!

A complete scam. Advert showed an attractive fluffy roll neck ‘Casual wool blend’ (sic) Shetland style sweater reduced from £70 to £35. What arrived was a 100% acrylic (as printed on an attached label in a seam) ugly crew neck jumper in harsh colours , very poorly finished, made in Chinaand looked very cheap. Exploration of the advert showed a photo of an upmarket London shop which almost certainly doesn’t exist but gave the false impression of a business in UK. The business seems to be based in Holland. To return, customers have to pay postage back to China (about half the price of the jumper) or keep the jumper and accept 1/3 the original price. They clearly have no interest in reclaiming their rubbish. Very polite and prompt customer service replies to emails are completely misleading and possibly AI generated. I have since seen very similar adverts from other companies in the same format, almost certainly scams from the same source, including a recent one with a Trust Pilot 5 star simulated claim box superimposed on the advert.

Ordered item in December. 7 emails sent, no delivery. Keep replying its on its way. Requested refund has also been ignored. AVOID

Im absolutely fuming mad...
I ordered a sweater which should have been chunky knit, a pair of loafers and a dress. None of the items match what i rhought i was buying and the quality is very very bad. The chunky knit jumper, is not knitted, it a horrible smooth disgusting material with a print pattern that"s meant to look like its been knitted. The loafers are so cheap.and nasty, made out of flimsy material.and do not look like they do in the pic on their website. The dress,, blimey, i have no words to say how cheap and horrible ot is. This company should get closed down for ripping people off. I spent over !£150.00, i bet i wont get my money back now

The only similarity of the dress that I ordered and received was that it was black. I am very disappointed to say the latest. All of advertising on website is IA inhanct or even created so nothing is as it seems. Would be just as well buying blind bag. Return policy, so everyone aware if you ordering not from China, will cost you to send it back.

Do not use this company, I have been attempting to get a refund on a dreadful dress for 7 months now, have sent it back to China at cost to myself and it was returned and I keep getting what seems to be an AI response to all my emails apologising but doing nothing to refund me!

Fuming. Really poor quality for the price. Dreadful fabric and fit. This company should be closed down.

Jumper was nothing like the picture on website. Couldn’t try jumper on as the head hole was too small. No I don’t have a big head other people had the same problem. Offered full refund if I returned it to Asia! or 15% and keep jumper!
Wish I had read other reviews before wasting my money

My wife purchased a dress and when it arrived it was totally the wrong style and colour,contacted them thinking it was London based only to find it has to be returned to China for a full refund.Offered 40% refund and will have to take our medicine and accept it.
Lesson learned.

Avoid. Dress nothing like what was described, and must have used AI for the video, truly truly awful garment, which was not cheap. Fell for the trap that they were a UK company, obviously not. Buyer beware.

Wrong outfit entirely!! Terrible customer service If I could give it a minus I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF THIS COMPANY, I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND THE POLICE ARE LOOKING INTO IT AS SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE LOST MONEY AS ITS ONE BIG SCAM

I wish there was an opportunity to do not stars. Dress does not match the description or doesn't look like the advertisements. I sent pictures and they said its the same. I wish I could add a photo. Xxx

Dreadful advertising as UK 🇬🇧 company London based however, orders appear to come from Asia? Taken an age to arrive and nothing as per advertised very inferior fabric quality, sizing wrong and extremely dissatisfied. I am Not prepared to pay for return postage to Asia really needs addressing with trading standards! Avoid at all costs..

To be honest, this company doesn't deserve any star at all.... The colour of the dress advertised is totally different from what they sent. Awful dress arrived, not the same as I ordered, shocking quality. They made the same mistake twice.
I will not recommend buying from this website- its a scam!

Just received a dress and I'm gutted. Nothing like what was advertised in anyway whatsoever. Goods not as advertised and not as described. Will be sending it back and demand a full refund. I would have scored them 0 if I could . Bridget K

The pictures you see are nothing to do with the plastic fabric and poorly cut shapes you will receive !

Really did not want to leave one star .. a truly awful experience .. jacket that I ordered had obviously been photoshopped .. a ghastly third rate piece of clothing arrived .. wrong item .. was replaced by another third rate piece of rubbish .. inter action with company seemed hopeful but came to nothing .. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY …

I Had to rate 1 star as no option to give Zero. Order item not fit for purpose. Same Chinese supplier continually setting up accounts in different company names under the pretence of a UK High Street shop. Cannot contact them when order arrives, cannot send back or get refund. Overpriced TAT that does not look anything like advertised. Very poor quality fabric and print. Scam Scam Scam stay well clear and always check supplier rating as they are continually setting up under new names.
