Varer ikke modtaget - og INTET svar

Jeg har bestilt nogle meget dyre ting på Lyngwears hjemmeside. Skrev MED DET SAMME til dem at der var en fejl omkring fragt - det var 13. Maj 2026. Jeg skrev BÅDE på mail og på kundeservice formular, men fik INTET svar. Jeg har siden skrevet 4 gange på kundeservice formular + 5 gange på e-mail til 2 forskellige e-mail adresser - men stadig INTET svar - heller ikke selvom jeg seneste mail skrev at jeg følte mig nødsaget til at skrive en Trustpilot anmeldelse hvis jeg ikke hørte fra dem to dage efter. Jeg har stadig INTET hørt og jeg har stadig IKKE modtaget mine varer.
Virkeligt dårlig kundeservice - som faktisk ikke eksisterer. Jeg kan bestemt ikke anbefale det har firma - hold jer LANGT væk!!!!

Useriøst firma

Useriøst firma. Sier de skal kansellere ordren, men kravet står fortsatt aktivt på Klarna. Svarer ikke på e-post heller.
