Fantastic venue. The xc schooling is amazing. Lots of different fields, every kind of jump you would want to practice, including combinations, all different heights - and all carefully monitored. The day I visited the going was superb. Every detail of your visit catered for, including plenty of hard standing parking, horse wash-down, toilet, shepherd hut with coffee.

Super venue and fences for broad range of levels - all types of fences from ditches to skinnies water trekhaners etc wash off area and super wee cafe.

Lovely morning XC schooling, lots of combinations and lines to try, good facilities for wash off too

Had an amazing experience at Lyneham today with my 14YO daughter and 5YO mare. A beautifully well kept XC course with plenty of space and fence options. Fantastic facilities including as an added bonus a wash down area plus Shepherd’s hut for refreshments and we also came away with home grown squash and tomatoes. Thankyou😀👍❤️🐴

Ground is lovely and jumps to suit all abilities

Fantastic venue!
Well maintained, super ground conditions even in the hot/dry period & enormous variety of jumps, so much so that we did our nearly 2hr (one way) trip for a second time in 3wks!
Plus a very welcome drink or ice cream when finished AND some amazing organic home grown veg to take away if wanted.

Brilliant trip out to Lyneham Cross Country today! After a long 2 hour drive there, we were able to walk the horses around the large car park. The XC had loads of options available, I'd say 80cm + with three water complex. After a super ride over the mixture of fences including hedges, steps, waters, skinnies, banks & mounds etc, we came back to use the water down facilities, 2 hose pipes.
To finish off our trip we ventured to the shepherd hut which was a wonderful addition, with fresh cold water, hot drinks, fresh veg & ice cream pots all supporting local businesses, free of charge.
Thoroughly enjoyed our trip there and plan to return soon!

Excellent in every way

A great facility that is always well maintained enabling us as riders to really pull out the best of ourselves and horses confidently with great fences & importantly good ground! The free coffees, lettuce & ice cream taster pots also a very nice edition which was much appreciated!
