SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS APP!
I originally saw advertising for Lyf on my BNP Paribas app so thought they were legitimate. However I was very wrong. I downloaded the app and for my first transaction I gave money to my wife. Lyf were very happy to take the money from my Monaco bank account but then refused to credit it to her Monaco based account. I called the support line and explained my case 3 times and never was Lyf able to resolve or clarify the situation. Poor customer service as well as a bug in their system. When I finally used another account in the EU to receive the funds, Lyf took 5 days (!) To transfer (April 17 - 22, 2025). Scandalous!

In order to ask for further informations, instead to call their client, they chose to bloc the account without warning the client. No way to join them by phone, you can only send email and waiiiiiit for their answer.

The worst app ever
The worst app ever! I had to wait 3 days before i could get the money my friend sent me and the worst part it was in a time of emergency I needed the money so bad. It's a shame.
