Their sizing charts are way off and when you want to return because they misrepresent ….literally the clothing is 4 sizes to small, they suggested I gift them to a friend or pay their return fee of $95 for 2 sporsts bras…what the f……’ Do not order from this Chinese sh_t company!!!!! My CC company reversed the charges after 2 2 month battle. Hate

I bought a jacket on this website. I am pretty happy about the product. Nice design, good water resistant fabric, warm inside, a lot of pockets, which is my current favorite hiking jacket. Honestly the shopping experience is not idea. The shipping is slow (two weeks). The packaging is a bit simple. But I would say considering the price is much cheaper than the big brands, I am still pretty happy overall.

Although shipping time takes longer than usual. The product worth it. The price is good.

The biker shorts set is amazing! I love them so much, they are so comfortable and great for anything to just wear or for working out!

I was on Instagram watching stories and the jacket add popped up I decided to clock in it and buy the jack it catches my attention I ordered it four days ago and still waiting I actually got two of them coming Im really thinking about dispute the payment really don’t want to get scammed because I’m only a 14 year old boy not wanting to get something I’m not happy with

I ordered a winter jacket from Lycus. I noticed lots of red flags about this company that should have stopped me from completing the order, but I took a chance and ordered anyhow. What a mistake.The first red flag I noticed was there was no delivery time promised. And sure enough the order took almost exactly a month to get delivered. I believe it was drop-shipped directly from China after looking at the tracking information. After 3 weeks went by I tried to cancel my order. The customer service reply I received let me know that it was too late to cancel the order, as it had already shipped weeks ago. When I received my order I was shocked. My jacket arrived in a plastic bag all wadded up in my mail box. A standard sized mail box mind you. Inside the bag was the jacket and nothing else. No shipping paperwork, no return paperwork, no clue that the jacket was purchased from Lycus at all. The jacket was extremely poor quality, with terrible sewing on the velcro closures and elsewhere, and the jacket didn't come close to the size guidelines that were listed on the Lycus website. Then the worst part of all. I sent an email back to customer service asking how to return the jacket for a refund. They replied letting me know that I had to pay for shipping and that the jacket must be returned within 7 days of delivery. I had to send a second email to customer service to get an address to find out where to ship it to.

This company is truly the worst kind of Internet dropshipping scum on Shopify. I'm sure the owner "works" out of their house and has never actually even set there hands or eyes on the actual product that they are selling. It is obvious they are nothing more than a merchandise broker for product from China. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Scam detector website says this is a 6.9 out of 100 score, that's terrible, I highly doubt you will get your products. Posting here for multiple sources, I always use trustpilot first.

The quality of their sweat suites was horrible like dollar store material. They were slick and definitely could not be worn out, the crotches went so low. Customer service was good though they refunded me just had to pay for shipping which luckily they only make you ship to Delaware not China where they come from

Really love their glasses and bottoms. Got them for my husband and turned out amazing. Gotta try their women's hoodies next time, heard they're comfy.

Ordered 3 shorts on this website for just $30. At beginning, I didn't got my confirmation email. I was wondering if it's a legitimate site or not. Asked customer service. Thanks for their quick response. The confirmation email was in my spam folder. After about 2 weeks, 3 shorts were delivered. Love them! Thanks Lycus!
