Hello, my Lyca Mobile Italy eSIM suddenly stopped working today. My iPhone 13 shows “No SIM”. I can still log into my Lyca account, and my number, balance, and active plan are all visible.
There was a mistake I was trying to renew my plan or subscribe now I have no data non credit on my phone,

On 2n of February I wanted to buy online an eSim. After putting all my details, I accepted the transaction, I was charged, but on their website was written that the transaction failed. I immediately called customer service and they said to write an e-mail. It’s been 2 weeks since then and I still didn’t got any response, or my money back. Do not waste your time with this company.

Yesterday I bought an esim in Italy with the Silver Italy package. I received the QR code and I manage to install it and in the email they said that once installed it is activated. The problem is that it is not working, I didn’t even receive my phone number. I restarted my phone, reset the network settings and nothing worked. I called the customer service for several times and they couldn’t help me but say call again and an other operator is gonna answer and tell you what to do.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone as you are losing your time and money.

Unfortunately I must cancel my previous comment because I've never received the promised compensation of 20gb, called everyday since 2 weeks the customer service and they say you will get it in the next 2 hours even the superviser playing same game, anyway useless service and company. EU roaming doesn't work. I've been to Germany, Austria and Italy this year and the EU roaming hasn't worked in any of these countries. Customer service is absolutely non existent/incompetent. I'd stay away from them. Phone calls go straight to voicemail instead of the phone ringing. My Two Factor authentication codes wouldn't come promptly so sometimes, I couldn't log in. Basically, I was paying for a service that I wasn't receiving.

25 July 2023. Lycamobile numbers has no service. Also my friends told me, it doesn't work, they didn't have network too.
Besides that, I paid for lyca globe plus, however when I tried to call abroad, it doesn't work. I called customer service 4 days ago, they told me, they gonna solve and it will be solved 24 hours. And I tried, But again it doesn't work. I called again, they said the same and now it is not working. I asked why I have to pay more and you don't give the service which I need. They just said apologise and didn't solve the issues.
Besides that, last days Internet speed was really bad. I also mentioned it while calling, they didn't solve it too.
Thank you lycamobile for the worst worst worst and worst service you have given. I decided to change provider as soon as possible.
I don't recommend anyone to use lycamobile. NO LYCAMOBILE ANYMORE!

Finally I got time to write a response. Dear Albert, thank you for your reply but the person who paid for Lyca Globe Plus could call Turkey. You can check it at lycamobile.it, there is countries GRUPPO 2, and you can easily see that. In any case my case and issue HAS NOT BEEN solved with any of these reviews.

After almost one week, the sim I paid for has not even been shipped by the courier (Evri). Please choose better ones, I cannot wait that long, the sim will be useless when and if it arrives.
EDIT: "to know the SIM delivery status.": I already have a tracking number, I don't need you to tell me the delivery status. It's stuck on "we've got it", which means Evri hasn't shipped it for six days, now.

Web Assistance can't help you
Sent email to CS lycamobile.it never got answer in 1 month.
Totally bad mobile carrier.
6 days after my feedback they answered me, telling to send Info to their Trustpilot Custom care Email.
I sent it and by 2 weeks my sims are still disabled and they still didn't view my email.
Fail as company and worst Custom care.
