A little disappointed
Really easy to order from and have to give credit that their delivery information is clear and accurate and their returns policy is clear they don't accept if the product doesn't work with your car, but I checked if what I would buy would work with my car and the site said it would and unfortunately, it does not. Fitting is not as simple as they make out (whole door panel needs to be removed) and also the packaging of the product that arrived is not branded "Lux Customs" it looks to be something from ali express or temu.

Fast delivery item was in perfect condition just unfortunate because i have an audi s1 the puddle lights are not compatable with my car due to dodgy s1 ecu but does state in the ad not compatable for all s1 models and mine 1 of them 😭 other than that would definately recommend i got a full refund also overall great service would defo use lxud again

Just Avoid
Purchase was made for 1x keyring with logo printed on it, the order took far to long to arrive to the point I just wanted to cancel the order but was told as its ''made to order'' so they couldn't.
The main disappointment came when the item arrived it was of poor quality and the print wasn't centred, I would have hoped after the amount of time it took they could have at least centred the audi logo.
In short the order took far to long to arrive for what feels like a Temu quality product with a ''made to order'' logo that was wonky on both sides.
Honestly just don't bother.

As stated at purchase, this item is made to order, which does affect turnaround times, but that doesn’t excuse a result you’re unhappy with. As per our policy, items are made to order due to minimal UK stock, which is why cancellation isn’t possible once production has started.
