Terrible. Paid for extra shipping and arrived 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive. Ordered a size 2 and was sent a size 16

Return Attempt
This has been a nightmare experience. I have $90 in a dress which I tried to return because it was way too big for my daughter. I had to settle for a coupon code because sending it back to China cost more than the dress itself. Its been 2 months, I jumped through all of their hoops- pic of delivery confirmation, pic of package, everything. And no response. Its been months. Save your money- avoid at all costs!

They make it hard to return
Contacted to return and was offered 10% of product price to just keep it even though it didn’t fit and was told they wouldn’t refund shipping anyway. It’s not stated anywhere on their site that shipping won’t be refunded when you order and states returning is easy. Do not recommend purchasing from them.

If I could leave a zero
If I could leave a zero, I would as well!! I have emailed this company 6 times trying to get 2 items I ordered that did not fit returned. I received 1 reply asking for pictures, I sent them and nothing since. I do NOT recommend this company. The "live chat" on the website is always down so no sense in "coming back later" to chat.

If i could leave a zero i would
If i could leave a zero i would. The dress is not worth the price, it took 6 weeks to be delivered and by then the event I needed it for had passed. I emailed customer service 6 times and never got a response on the need to return the dress. There was no packing slip and not return instructions other than those online that say to email them. So - I'm out $95 and have a dress that I cannot use. POOR quality and customer service all around.
