I just want to say what a great experience we had with LVB Surveying. Lee carried out our L2 survey on the Tuesday and after a call to discuss afterwards, we had the full report by Thursday. Amazing service and an excellent detailed report. Top notch business.

We used LVB Surveying for a property we were in the process of buying and the service was excellent from start to finish. The whole process was efficient, communication was very clear, and the survey itself was thorough and easy to understand.

A real bonus was the unexpected aerial footage that was included. It was genuinely impressive and gave us clear visibility of the roof, chimneys, gutters and overall condition, which was incredibly reassuring.

We are first time buyers and don't have that much idea of what we needed to be asking for etc. We ended up going with a level 2 survey and Lee came back to us instantly with a competitive quote and did the survey two days later, we had a summary phone call after and then within a week had our full report! Highly recommend and will use again.

Excellent service for a RICS Survey Level 2, which I'd highly recommend. Very professional, Justin was easy to speak with on the phone and he found space in his diary in no time, collected keys from estate agents, kept me informed, gave me a call right after the visit and then prepared a really comprehensive report in a couple of days.

We booked LVB surveying via a third party conveyancing company to conduct a L3 survey on our first house purchase and Lee was excellent from the start. Our survey was booked in for the next working day and Lee called once it had been completed to run through key fundings. We had the report a few days later which was clearly structured, and Lee was also more than happy to answer follow-up questions over the phone in a clear and understandable manner. We had some concerns about damp readings in an area of the property which were mitigated by his experience and informed perspective on the property condition.

Having had such a great experience with Lee doing the structural survey on my house purchase last year, in which the follow up questions and post survey support service was second to none, I recently had to call upon his services again to do an assessment of the work carried out on my home renovation, the standards of which have been called into question. I again had a great experience, he fitted me in quickly despite my being a good distance away from his locale. He was prompt, efficient, honest and reassuring in regards the assessment itself, and gave me good guidance on the next steps available to me as I navigate this awful situation. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lee to anyone and everyone!
