And they say they are Swiss shop .

This site is a scam: it gives the impression that the products are locally sourced and high quality, but in reality they are just shipped from China. Their profit margin is huge: products are 10 times more expensive than essentially the same artificial leather covers from sites which do not hide the fact they are importing from China.

Avoid it. I bought something from them without checking all the company info. They want to give the impression of a trustworthy Swiss company, but are just shipping cheap products from China. The delivered linen product isn't even made out of linen... I attempted to contact the company three times to cancel my order, as the shipment was highly delayed (legally possible in Switzerland). Afterwards, I tried to obtain a refund, as the product was delivered anyway without any response from Luzern Mode.
Summarizing: extremely poor quality and customer support. To me, it is a scam.

For everyone who is considering buying any product in this website luzern-mode.ch or .com or any other similar stores please be aware that this is not a company operating from Switzerland or any other European country for that matter, is not even a American company.

This is a very well-crafted scam that uses misleading advertising, offers or promotions to capture attention and possible purchase of products with the sole intention of stealing your money, with a poor quality product that does not even resemble what is offered. Even worse is the fact that when requesting the return of your money they try to deceive you into believing that they are willing to collaborate but with the sole purpose of deceiving you even more so that they do not have to make any refund and not to mention the possible return of this garbage since the operational bases of this website are apparently located in Asia at the following address: 188 Yau Ma Hom Rd, Kwai Chung, Kwai Tsing District, Hong Kong (shown on the website) in other to make a return you have to pay even more.

Unfortunately, I bought two Multifunktionale Cargo-Shorts fur Herren-Ethan x 1, one in khaki and one in black each for CHF 33.96, in July 11, 2025, the products arrive more than two weeks later, the quality of the material, the design, the colors, I can firmly say that they are more than rubbish. It is not about the CHF 75 that was charged to my bank account without further details other than the amount for the acquisition. This is not about the lost money, more about the many people who have been victims of this abuse, companies like these steal millions and do not even pay a tax for it, which is why I recommend filing your complaints in the case of Schweiz at easa-alliance.org for mislanding advertising and also at betreibungsschalter.ch (have to be done in German, Italian or French) for USA you can make your report at ftc.gov

Awful experience. Poor quality, awful customer service. Could not get a refund and they want you to pay shipping to return an item.

This is a deceiving company, everything is made from very low quality, nothing like the pictures. Is made believe that it's a Swiss factory but everything gets send from China, no swiss phone number to call them. Head quarters in Nederlands. I order 3 cargo pants. They arrived nearly 20 days later, the quality that of a 3 euro shorts, not 6 pockets, no stretch, no cotton. Everything was a lie. Why you lie to people like that?

misleading. Expensive products for Chinese made. Made it look like they are based in Switzerland - when it comes from China. Very slow shipping - when it says it will be posted in 2 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The construction for kids that was delivered is not at all how it was at the picture. Horrible Chinese quality that you don’t want to open the box. Just lost of 64 chf. Don’t buy at this webpage

"Luzern Mode" (or one of many templated, scammy sites:
herrlampe.com, green-aroma.ch, misterlamp.de, misterlamp-melbourne.com, dekoundwohn.com, lunaralights.co.uk, stralendthuis.com, amyslamps.com) is a total scam. Do NOT order from here.

They present as a European (or Australian, or NZ) company but products ship from China, and they demand returns at exorbitant costs (e.g., CHF 284.50 for a 99 CHF lamp), making returns impossible. Needles to say the quality of the product is awful.

I am actively reaching out to consumer rights organizations, as I see some of users here are as well. I hope we can fight these scammers and prevent others from being defrauded.
