The most amazing Maroccan fixtures and great service
We had been searching for suitable lighting fixtures for our Andalusian townhouse when we discovered Luzarabe.com. Due to previous bad experiences with online purchases, we decided to make an appointment and view the products in person.
Sami welcomed us warmly and proved to be extremely helpful and friendly. Since we needed multiple units of the same fixture, and his on-site stock was limited, he arranged for the remaining items to be delivered to us free of charge—saving us another trip to Granada.
If there’s one area for improvement, it’s the website: it can be a bit unstable at times, and prices aren’t listed with VAT. Sami knows this and excused himself for the older platform he’s using. We were also unable to place an order directly online, but communication via phone and email worked smoothly.
When the initial delivery service failed to collect our order, Sami quickly found an alternative transporter, and everything arrived safely and in good condition.
We’re very happy with our purchase and would absolutely recommend Luzarabe.com to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality Moroccan fixtures. Talk to Sami—you won’t regret it!
