Pleasant but dated!
Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. the facility is really old. It looks like it is still stuck in the 80's. Some power sockets and the air conditioning units are not functioning. Needs an upgrade.

On 26th june, we went to this Luxx lounge and notice that the front sitting area was full.
So we decided to walk in amd check the space availabilty and saw the lady in charge and told her we wanted to check the space availability but was rudely told to wait outside and claim that its security issue that we cant come in and will call police to come attend to us.
After we told her there is no one at reception and we just wanted to view the area before deciding whether to use the lounge.
And there is no written black and white that we are not allowed to go in.
Avoid at all cost
My family and I were flying back to Warsaw from Porto. The flight required us to get up at 03.30 in the morning and then have a few hours stop-over in Frankfurt. After reaching T1 at Frankfurt Airport, at around 10.00, we made our way to the only lounge at that terminal, which required us to exit the passenger area, a 30 minute trip.
Upon arrival, a very curt and unhelpful lady informed us offhandedly that the lounge was full and that we wouldn’t be admitted. For information the “full lounge” had some half of its seats empty (something we have on photograph, should this be queried). I explained that we had been up since the early morning and had specially gone through security to use the lounge as my children were very tired, but to no avail. Accordingly, I said we would wait in the reception area until there was free space (as people were consistently leaving while we were there). After a few minutes, the receptionist called her manager who was not rude, but extremely curt, unhelpful and showed a zero level of empathy; forcing us to leave the reception area. At this point, we decided to go back through security (another 30 minutes wasted) and went to the nearest restaurant.
