very high quality
Good solid, very high quality garden furniture. At one time I used to sell garden furniture, so I know what I am talking about, and this is better quality than anything I used to sell. Worth a special mention is the packaging which is outstanding, I have never come across anything so well protected.

We are also happy you mentioned the packaging too. Many outdoor brands deliver teak furniture wrapped in paper, which can cause many issues like mould, discolouration and of course breakages since it doesn't support the products during transport.
We acknowledge that means a little more packaging materials, but that's why we offer an assembly and packaging removal service, from which we responsibly recycle and dispose of the packaging.

ALL FINE EXCEPT I THINK I OVER PAID AS BOOKED THE SET UP FEE BUT THERE WAS NO NEED AS THE CHAIRS CAME AS ONE PIECE AND AS THEY WERE DELIVERED BEFORE I WAS THERE THE CHAIRS WERE STILL IN THE ENORMOUS BOX WHICH I HAD TO DEAL WITH!
OTHER THAN THAT THE CHAIRS ARE GREAT.

Excellent customer service. I managed to order the wrong colour cushions! Not only was I able to deal with this issue in chat at 7pm on a Saturday evening, but an immediate swap for the right colour is being rearranged, and they were even kind enough to offer to do it free of charge. Would definitely recommend.
