colour blind

luxus designs . i am having my bathroom refitted and needed a white gloss radiator. picked one , i am colour
blind. but i know the difference between white and grey,, yes i got a grey one i explained the plumber was waiting, was told would come back to me ,,,in the end the plumber painted it the right colour . customer service just blame another company... so please be careful

Avoid company.

Had 2 radiators delivered. we removed the old radiators and unwrapped the new radiators to fit them. 1 radiator was fine and the other had a damaged top grill (Radiator was ok) as we had removed the old radiators we still fitted the rad as it was only the grill damaged, which is removable. I am now being asked to pay for a replacement grill even though I've sent photos proving the damaged on the Grill. I can now understand why you are accumulating 1 star reviews !!!!! Poor customer service. Your Order #DRD-85415

Not a great experience made worse by their choice of delivery company

Ordered a radiator. Arrived damaged. They agreed to either discount me (no use as I didn’t want a damaged radiator) or arrange a replacement. Ordered a replacement. Had to nip out unexpectedly on delivery day and the company they use (some Mickey Mouse company AITHD) won’t leave safe even if you live in the middle of nowhere and have a leave safe location. So didn’t get my radiator. Ordered a delivery for today and got about 6 emails and texts from AiTHD saying it was coming between 13:00 and 15:00. They even text at 22:10 the night before telling me they were coming 🙄

It arrived at 17:30 but nothing on the delivery day to say there was going to be any issue. They wouldn’t take the damaged radiator away so now I have a trip to the tip to dispose of it.

On top of this, Lux Design emailed after the failed delivery to tell me if I want in this time it would cost me more than £50 for a delivery!!!!! If they had delivered a perfect item the first time, I wouldn’t have to wait in again!!

So LD need to get their quality control sorted and they need to instruct their carrier that they can leave safe if the customer wants this option.

Great Customer service thankyou Sophie

Just ordered 3 new radiators having unsure of specification we needed some advice, Sophie went the extra mile and put our minds at rest, she explained the features and benefits and gave us some really good advise.
10 out of 10 customer service,which is hard to find nowadays. Thanks again please pass on our thanks and appreciation to Sophie.

"Bronze"

I have purchased a bronze colour radiator. Whic is more then military green then bronze, absolutely different then any bronze colour.
And they say
"Please note that while we make every effort to accurately display the colours of our products on our website, the actual colour you see may vary depending on your device’s screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual perception.

I have had a really positive experience…

I have had a really positive experience with the customer service team. I ordered two radiators and I arranged a third party courier company to transport them internationally. They went missing for 6 weeks and eventually turned up damaged and unusable.

Lux arranged new radiators to be sent immediately when it was a third party who damaged them.

They were responsive and extremely helpful over a number of weeks.

I would highly recommend this company.

Do not recommend, be very careful

I spent just under £162 ordering radiator matching valves.

The valves supplied had two Lockshield valves instead of one being a Thermostatic valve, which was admitadly luxusdesign.co.uk fault.

Because of this mess-up, it cost me approx £80 more as the plumber had to re-visit to complete the job.

The response I received was "I am sorry for the inconvenience this has cause however, as stated in our returns policy unfortunately we can't be held liable for any third party costs."

I will be ordering 3 more valves like these, but certainly not from these people!

Supportive customer services. …

I ordered two heated towel rails from Luxusdesigns and received two entirely different ones from those ordered. The fault lay with the supplier of the goods, Terma Products Ltd. The customer services team at Luxusdesigns have done everything possible to rectify the situation and are as equally frustrated by the response of the supplier as I am myself.
