Left student sofa surfing

My daughter is living in one of their properties in Shaw Street. She has rats. They have left her sofa surfing with no alternative accommodation offered. They have now sent her an email saying they are closing the case and she can move back in. There solution is the leave rat traps and rat poison around her studio and leave her too it. They have been no help and mostly ignored us. Do not use this letting agency for your child’s housing needs.
