From the first time I contacted Luxury Scotland tours (Maria) to the final details (arranged by Ophelie) everything was perfect. They were always quick to respond to our email inquiries and helped plan an amazing 8 day adventure across Scotland. They made the planing easy and provided everything thing anyone could want from a travel company like five star accommodations, excellent recommendations for dinners , a reliable and friendly private driver (Mark was so kind, professional and knowledgeable we wish we could have taken him home), great tour guides and the perfect itinerary. 8 days went by in a flash, we only wish we had more time! I would highly recommend Luxury Scotland tours to anyone looking for a seamless, easy to plan Scottish adventure.

Our tour experience from start to finish was excellent. Sarah and Garry took excellent care of our 4 member group and made perfect recommendations. They were responsive and professional. The accommodations and dinning during our tour were lovely.

We just returned from a 10-day Scotland adventure that was planned for us by Luxury Scotland Tours and it surpassed our expectations. Coming from 38 years in the hospitality industry, I plan all of our travel but Scotland was daunting for me as I knew nothing about it. Handing over the reins was difficult for me but Keith made me feel confident enough to move forward with our booking. He listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want and he and Evie crafted a great tour for us. Our Edinburgh walking tour guide, Michael, set the tone on the first day with the perfect mix of history, humor and an obvious love of sharing Scotland with people. Our driver, Neil, was fantastic. My husband and I repeatedly have noted, the trip could have been entirely different if our driver hadn't had the perfect combination of professional skills, easy-going nature, good humor and wealth of knowledge that Neil had. We spent over a week with him. He factored into the overall experience as much as the accommodations. The travel route was perfect for our first visit to Scotland (YES - we will be back.) The route; 3 nights in Edinburgh, 1 in Pitlochary, 2 in Inverness, 2 in Portree, 1 in Oban and 1 in Edinburgh. It was a good mix of history, castle, gardens, music and whiskey. The Hotels were great the experiences were wonderful. We will absolutely reach out to Luxury Scottish Tours again when we plan our return to Scotland and when we plan our Ireland trip!

Evie and Keith at Luxury Scotland Tours organized a magnificent experience for us across Edinburgh and Glasgow. We stayed at excellent hotels — the Edinburgh Grand and the Kimpton Blythswood — and every piece of the itinerary was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.

Highlights included a walking tour of Edinburgh with Samuel, a day trip to Bo'ness, the scenic drive to Glasgow, a tour with Maggie, and a personalized bagpipe experience with Aislis. A special mention goes to our driver Neil, who doubled as an expert guide as we made our way to Oban, Cromlix, Stirling Castle, and other points of interest — some beyond our original itinerary. It was a genuinely memorable trip that deepened our understanding of Scotland's complex history.

Evie handled all our restaurant reservations, every one of which was excellent, and Neil arranged a fantastic seafood lunch for us in Oban. Food is always a highlight on our trips, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and sophistication of what we ate throughout.

We highly recommend Luxury Scotland Tours and will absolutely use them again for future trips to the UK.

This group works diligently to make sure that travel is stress-free. The only thing we needed to worry about was getting that perfect photograph. . . and we got many of them.

We knew our driver, Craig, from our previous trips and asked for him once again. Simply put, he is the best—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Scotland has so much to offer, and my husband and I have been fortunate to see a good part of it. We love the mountains, lochs, castles, churches, gardens, golf, sheep, and Highland cows! We also enjoy the delicious food and beautiful four- and five-star accommodations.

Our trip was outstanding. We normally plan our own travel but, knowing little about Scotland, we looked to the Luxury Scotland team to plan our twelve day visit to Edinburgh, the Highlands, and Dublin. They did a great job. Our guide, Jacky, was very personable and did a great job on the ¾ lane roads. The trip was basically friction free. All connections were seamless. Each hotel and restaurant knew in advance about my wife’s dietary restrictions. And, I was skeptical about Scotland as I’m a France/Italy person. The trip changed my mind for sure.

We loved our hotels and we also had great rooms that were large with views. Breakfast was always delicious. Driver was professional, helpful and flexible. Dinner was delicious too.

Absolutely delightful time in Scotland with our driver, Mark. Alan planned everything perfectly. When adjustment were needed they worked together to make the best plan forward. We were thoroughly spoiled!

We recently booked a trip with Luxury Scotland Tours, and the experience was absolutely spectacular. From start to finish, the attention to detail in every single part of our itinerary as amazing. Our private chauffeur, Neil, was outstanding-- not only for his flawless driving, but his wonderful demeanor, impeccable manners, friendliness, and deep knowledge of the country. He truly elevated our travel experience. Additionally, our guide, Michael, in Edinburgh was equally outstanding bringing the city's history to life with incredible insight. Our guide, Freddy, at St. Andrew's was an unexpected, fantastic addition to our experience, and we will be routing for him to earn a place at The Open.
The accommodations selected by the tour company were nothing short of spectacular, and the restaurant bookings and recommendations were, for the most part, excellent. We had a wonderful time exploring Scotland and would definitely use Luxury Scotland tours again. Highly recommended!

We booked a 12 day castle tour of Scotland for 10 people ranging across three generations of our family and Alan and Annie at Luxury Scotland Tours did an amazing job for us. Communication was quick and clear, they were always happy to answer my many questions and tailor the tour to our needs. The accommodations they picked for us over the course of the trip were amazing and there were zero hiccups along the way. A couple of locations were by far and away the nicest places I've ever stayed. We had a very nice variety of things to see an experience. The guides they selected were very knowledgeable and the guided tours were also great. The driver Chris and van provided for the our trip exceeded our expectations by quite a bit, and Chris helped make the day to day schedule of the trip easy to manage. Overall it was one of the best vacations any of us had every been on, its definitely worth the money to book a holiday with them. We would happily use Luxury Scotland Tours again if we plan another vacation in the UK or Ireland.

We had a SUPER memorable trip to Scotland in May with Luxury Scotland Tours. We booked 7 days for my husband's 40th and we curated our itinerary with amazing help from Annie and Charlotte. We were able to add super special experiences and see SO much based on their expertise and coordination. Charlotte and others I worked with were also super easy to contact, quick to reply, and offered extra services if we needed them (airport transfer, etc.).

In addition to great planning, our driver, Vincent, was THE BEST. He had tons of stories, always drove us super safely (even on smaller Scottish roads!), and was just a delight to see each day. The price may be higher than larger tour groups, but it's 110% worth it for the quality and personalization. We were only beholden to our itinerary and were able to see things we wouldn’t know how to get to on our own. Not to mention it's a great way to get around to distilleries without driving.

The only bit of feedback I'd have is that we had a ferry mixup on Islay where our ferry changed ports at the last minute, and I wish they had our names on the booking so we would have heard ahead of time, but thankfully Vincent saved us and we didn't miss anything planned. Also of note for travelers, Islay uses cabs to get around (no Uber or transit) and I highly recommend Cathy Heads and Nigel from Westering if you're looking!

Highlights: Tomatin warehouse tour & tasting, Glencoe, Ness Walk Hotel in Inverness (our ground floor room had a cat visitor!)

We just returned from a week in Scotland that exceeded every expectation, and so much of that credit goes to Luxury Scotland Tours for putting together such a beautifully crafted package.

From the very first conversation, they listened carefully to what we were hoping for and delivered on every detail. The golf course selection was outstanding — we played some truly bucket-list courses, and having tee times secured and organized in advance meant we could just show up and enjoy every round without a single logistical worry.

The hotel accommodations were excellent — each property felt thoughtfully chosen, not just convenient. We felt genuinely well looked after everywhere we stayed.

Dining was another highlight. The restaurant recommendations and reservations they arranged were spot-on — great food, wonderful atmosphere, and exactly the kind of experiences that make a trip feel like more than just a vacation.

One of the most impressive touches that highlights the thoughtfulness of every detail was the beautifully bound personalized itinerary created for each couple in our group. Every day was thoughtfully laid out with schedules, photos, helpful references, and all the details we might need. They truly thought of everything so we could simply enjoy the trip.

Our driver, Grant, and every guide we encountered were outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about sharing Scotland. The activities were varied, expertly chosen, and provided tremendous value throughout the journey. Highlights included hiking Glencoe’s Hidden Valley, exploring Loch Ness by private boat (a must!), taking the whiskey tour in Oban, going on a casual 2 hour hike through the Oronsay Tidal Islands with vistas as far as your eyes can see with basically nobody else around (it was pure magic!), to visiting Culloden battlefield, and the memorable nature excursion on Hamish’s unique walking tour on his 250 acre property to see how people lived off the land. It was all exceptional! We also loved our wonderful accommodations (particularly The Isle of Eriska Hotel and The Flodigarry Hotel which both had surreal grounds to roam and excellent dining.) Best trip ever!!

FIRST CLASS, all the way ... our driver was Alan who entertained us with personal stories of sites (and many more that only he would know about along the way) ... this adventure was tailored to our specific requests, but not knowing the culinary creations that our stops had to offer, Rebecca made the dining reservations that were TOP NOTCH ... ALL OF THEM!
