Cannot fault this company! Everything went well from start to finish. Steve arrived on time each morning and worked so hard throughout the days of installation of the new walk-in shower room. This was left clean and tidy each night and there was little disruption for me throughout the day. Yvonne was a great support with daily phone calls to ensure I was happy with work in progress. Thank you to all involved from a very happy customer!

Customer service was excellent. Geoff and Eve were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Having refurbed numerous bathrooms over the years the overall experience with Luxury Bathroom Solutions from initial assistance to supply has never been matched. No hesitation in recommending.

I wanted to purchase an Acquabella shower tray that has only just been released. I contacted luxury bathroom solutions for advice and spoke to Mitchell whose knowledge of the product was invaluable and he was able to give me a lead time, great price and confirm the colour I was after. Mitchell kept me informed throughout the process including when it left Spain when they received it and when I would receive delivery. The Company that was used for delivery was excellent I have purchased many bathroom items recently and wished I had found luxury bathroom solutions at the start!

It’s the little things that count! We’re on our third Outasite shower screen (each purchased when we move house)! I found it necessary to replace the hydraulic support, it came the next day and Jeff, realising that DIY is not my forte, gave me invaluable help and guidance. If they are prepared to go the extra mile for replacement parts, it speaks volumes to me. The Outasite screen is an excellent concept and serves its purpose magnificently! Thank you Jeff and everyone there.

I ordered a toilet seat from Luxury Bathroom Solutions, their service was first class, in particular Mitchell Jones.

There were some delays with the manufacturer, and then the toilet seat sent direct from the manufacturer was missing it's brackets all swiftly sorted out by Mitchell, excellent communication throughout.

I Highly recommend this company.

Really impressed with the customer services from Jeff and Mitchell. Needed a specific size shower tray very quickly and they managed to provide it for me and kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you and we'll be back when we need the one for our en suite.

I ordered a Tissino Shower Tray from Luxury Bathrooms as they are the main stockists. There was a long delivery from the manufacturer but they delivered it in 10 days rather than the 30 days stated by everyone else. The item arrived in perfect condition with regular updates and in a 1-hour window.
The costs were the most competitive available and the sales agents were extremely polite and knowledgeable on all aspects of bathroom items. It was straightforward to order the part and they have a huge range of top quality fittings.

Great online experience with help given quickly when I could not find what I was looking for.

Amazing customer service! The day after we placed our order Mitchell from luxurybathroomsolutions.co.uk got in touch to advise the product was not in stock from the manufacturer for next day delivery, he let us know a revised eta, detailed our options, alternatives and provided recommendations. His communication was great throughout the process of ordering, delivery and aftercare. It is rare to have such great customer service, would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I originally contacted a company with a large presence on the internet, and despite their claims the service was appalling. I requested samples several times, but had to chase them several times. I never spoke to the same person twice!

Mitchell at Luxurious Bathrooms on the other hand, was knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. The shower tray that I ordered arrived on time and I was kept informed throughout the whole process.

Terrible service, poor and slow communication. One small part missing from the Burlington sink took 10 days to have it sent. Delayed our work and costed us more in labour.

On second look their prices aren't the best online. Shop elsewhere if you can.

Bought a bath which was delivered as we were going in to lockdown. The builders did not start the job for a month whilst we all isolated. On their return to work and opening there was bad damage in 2 places rendering the bath not fit for its purpose. They have refused to refund or replace the bath as we didn’t let them know within 48 hours of delivery. I’m now £700 down and have no bath. Beware.
