After repeated email exchanges, they've consistently offered different excuses, seemingly to buy themselves more time. I've since received advice from a lawyer friend to open a dispute with the bank I used for the payment.
This approach looks promising. If enough people take similar action, more banks will recognize this online shop as fraudulent. This would make it much harder for the shop to process orders through standard payment platforms, exposing them as a scam right from the start.

I am beyond frustrated with the service I've received, or rather, not received. This company is nothing short of a scam, luring you in with promises of help that never materialize.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve an issue with my order I'm consistently met with the same infuriating run-around: "Go to a French post office." Let me make this clear: I DO NOT SPEAK FRENCH AND I DO NOT LIVE IN FRANCE! Why on earth would I be repeatedly directed to a French post office when I've made it explicitly clear I cannot communicate there and it's completely impractical?
Their "help" is a cruel joke. They promise assistance, but all they deliver is an endless loop of unhelpful, automated responses and instructions that are impossible for me to follow. It's clear they have no intention of actually solving problems or supporting their customers. Instead, they just push you away with generic advice that only benefits them, not you.
This experience has been a complete nightmare. Their promises of "helpfulness" are a total lie; they are the absolute last thing from helpful. This is a scam operation, plain and simple, designed to take your money and then abandon you when issues arise. Avoid them at all costs if you value your sanity and your money.
