After receiving our quilt, we very quickly decided it wasn't for us, due to the 'crinkly' noise it made, even though the liner was advertised as luxury cotton. It came out of the bag and went straight back in. I arranged a return and when I had not received my refund after 10 days, I contacted the company. After explaining to the man on the phone my situation and concern over no refund yet received, he straight away stated, "There were quite a few hairs on it". I immediately and strongly refuted his statement. He went on to say it would be 14 days before a refund was arranged. When I queried the length of time, he simply stated, "That's just how it is!" Three days after the 14 days had passed the full refund appeared on my credit card, with no ludicrous deduction for hairs on the quilt. During this process, twice I messaged this company with no reply received. In summary, appalling customer service, a failure to acknowledge customer queries and lying over the phone. There is nothing 'luxury' about this company. I ended up going to John Lewis and spending more than double on a proper luxury quilt, which I am extremely happy with!

Very good quality quilt. Easy to order with excellent information to help with choice. Prompt delivery and well packaged. I did read on ordering that product needed to be aired for 24 hours before putting on bed. This information was not included with delivery but it is essential. I left the quilt over the banister and shook it every time I went past it. This noticeably increased the air in the quilt before using. Great feel, very light and very warm.

Goosedown duvet arrived within two days of ordering. Very pleased with quality of twin duvets and speed of delivery.

This is a beautiful duvet - not quite as warm as I had hoped. Arrived very quickly and well packaged so overall very good.

I ORDERED THIS DUVET AFTER HAVING SLEPT AT A FRIENDS OVERNIGHT UNDER A SUPERB DUVET. I CHECKED THE MAKERS LABEL WHICH WAS "ALLDAYS", AND WHEN i GOOGLED THAT YOUR NAME CAME UP SO I ASSUMED THAT YOU HAD TAKEN OVER OR AMALGAMATED WITH ALLDAYS. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE TOG WAS BUT THE DUVET WAS MUCH THICKER THAN THE ONE I PURCHASED FROM YOU AND I HAVE HAD TO SLEEP WITH A BLANKET OVER ME AS WELL AS YOUR DUVET. I HAVE NOW RESORTED TO MY OLD WINTER DUVET WHICH IS FINE. I REGRET BEING IMPETUOUS BUYING THE NEW DUVET FROM YOU.DUVET FROM YOU

QUICK delivery Light fluffy and comfortable

My only complaint is that I did not receive any delivery information from your carrier. I was advised when my order was dispatched but had no contact with the carrier. Fortunately quite by chance I was at home when the delivery was made.
