Wish I read the reviews before ordering :(

I ordered a hoodie after seeing it in a Facebook ad, but the product I received was a complete disappointment. The material is very poor quality and looks nothing like what was advertised. It’s really thin and a horrible material! In the ad, the hoodie had stitched tags on both sides, but the one I got didn’t have them at all.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a return, they wanted to charge me £30 for shipping, which is more than the cost of the hoodie itself! Alternatively, they offered me a discount code to buy something else, which I didn’t want.

Overall, this experience has been really frustrating, and I feel misled by the product and their customer support.

Horrendous quality! Ordered biggest size for oversized fit and what came would just about fit a small child! The fabric is cheap nasty stuff! Super thin

The quality of the products is terrible and when I wrote to the email provided to return my product they started offering me offers avoiding the topic and finally told me I had to pay £30 for the rubbish I received

I ordered a gaia dress. It came in 10 days what is very good. I recieved mail corectly. I got what I ordered, dress is very nice.

i loved the sweaters, i'm definitely buying more, i don't know why everyone is complaining here, my order came within a week and the item is just perfect!

Stop using our content! Fake website stealing small brands content!

Ordered a pair of pants via an Instagram ad and foolishly didn't check on other sites like this one first. Pants are from China and are cheap, thin fabric and didn't fit me correctly so I contacted their customer service via email who insisted, in three separate emails, that I send them a VIDEO of the product before they could accept a return. Why a video was essential to prove that pants don't fit is a mystery and I'm certainly not going to send a video of me wearing the pants to China - ridiculous. We're at a stalemate and I have thrown $50 down the drain. I don't recommend buying from this company.

I bought two wide leg pants here, I received the items after after a long wait, qualities are very poor, not tummy control, very thin fabric, picture is very different from actual item and price is $85 for 2 !

I want to return it but they don’t accept any returns ….they are saying that I received the products so they are not giving me a refund

… items are non returnable, qualities of the pants that I bought are poor …. The price don’t give justice to the poor quality

I ordered for 100CHF and never received the products, but in my delivery status said delivered, I try to contact them and nobody answers on emails

Don't buy anything from this company, they are scamming people!

Would give 0 if possible. My order didn’t fit, so emailed to see how to do a return. Instead of telling me, they offered me 25% instead. I ended up managing to do the return through Evri. They then refused to give me a refund because it didn’t follow their “guidelines”. The only thing different was the packaging. I said I would contact my bank. 3 days later they said “we accept your return” but also offered a deal instead. I said no, I’d like the refund. To then get an email a day later saying I can’t have a refund because it didn’t follow guidelines, even though the day previously they said they accept my return. Apparently I didn’t get in contact with them to get the appropriate information. I have proof I emailed on the 2nd May and they wouldn’t tell me. Clearly a scam.

Shame you can’t leave a 0 star! Ordered a top from this company, no confirmation email received. Item came about 6-7 weeks from when ordered - ordered the leopard print dupe Ganni top, leopard print look green and not brown, quality terrible tried to return and they wouldn’t accept as they apparently do not accept discounted items back!! Do not buy from this company - bunch of scammers just wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing

TOTAL SCAM don't waste your money!

I ordered my package a month ago and I didn’t receive any confirmation email and I have been trying to contact them but no one have answered me. This is a full scam!! The thing here is that I am from Spain and I order it because I thought it would be on time for my graduation And of course I know that because I am from Spain it should have more time to procedure, but now I understand reading other reviews about the page that this is a total scam. I would like. To have my money back, but I know that this is what scammers do.
I read a review where a girl received her package from this page, but I just know that that’s not gonna happen the most awful feeling that I have inside of me is that they don’t even have a phone number so you can call to know anything about your package in to see if your package is on the coming.
Sorry for my bad English, but I just had to!!!!!

Would write 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bag from them, never received any confirmation emails, tried emailing them, sending them messages on instagram, but they disabled their comments and there is nothing I can do. I truly hope nobody ever buys from these filthy scammers.

Horrible! Ordered the leopard jeans a couple of weeks ago. Was shipped straight from China and came in very poor quality. Fabric is crappy and there wasn't even a hole for the button to put through. Very cheap and bad material and design. Tried to contact them many times to return or get my money back but they are inresponsive.. Don't buy here, terrible scam!
