Worst hotel experience in NY

One of the worst hotel esperiences in New York so far.
I know the company is responsible for management in a couple of hotel facilities.
Stayed at on of them, the Herald Hotel: dirty, unkempt building with rude staff.
I am allergic to dust and rooms were so dirty that for me it was even difficult to breathe.
No response from management after the request to anticipate check out and get a refund.
No care for the clients, very low standards compared to room rates.
