Luxpanels products and customer service
I ordered samples of acoustic wall panelling. The samples were a good size, very reasonably priced, there was a quick turnaround on processing the order, and delivery was free. With that combination, Luxpanels was already a winner! I then contacted the company to enquire whether panelling was available in another colour. However, the person to whom I spoke, Holly, informed me that what I wanted was not available; it would have to be a custom order (assuming the manufacturer was willing to make it). Unlike many staff I have dealt with over the years at other businesses, Holly was prepared to help me, ie, go that extra mile to see if my desired panelling can be sourced. So, first I encounter a business that quickly provides excellent sized samples. Then I encounter excellent customer service. A double winner!! I hope I can get my panelling, but even if I can't I would still recommend this business.
